Our pasties are made fresh daily with our original Copper Country recipe.
Pasties are sold hot, cold, and frozen. On Sundays, Pasties are only sold cold or frozen.
Heating and Keeping Instructions for Pasties:
-
Pre-Heat your oven to 325 degrees. Bake refrigerated Pasties in pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
-
Frozen Pasties should be thawed before baking. (We recommend moving frozen pasties to your refrigerator the night before you plan to eat them)
-
Cold Pasties should be consumed or frozen within three days of purchase; once thawed, Pasties should not be refrozen.
-
Hot Pasties should be allowed to cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
